Most advice tells you what to do. The hard part is delivery: turning a framework you half-remember from business school into eight credible pages a board will act on, on a deadline. That gap between knowing and delivering is the work.

How I work#

Thirty years of senior operations (real budgets, real consequences) applied through the frameworks that have held up for decades: strategy and competitive analysis, financial modelling and business cases, operating and organisational design. The framework is the durable layer. AI is the catalyst that compresses the time and skill it takes to apply it well.

That means AI as a thinking partner, not a substitute. The goal is to make your reasoning sharper and faster, and to hand you a deliverable you can defend under scrutiny, not a black-box workflow that runs while you sleep. Augmentation, not delegation.
