Who we are#

What we collect#
Website visits (anonymous)#
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service. It records aggregated, non-identifying information about site traffic, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are from. It does not set tracking cookies, does not build a profile of you, and cannot be used to identify any individual. We do not use Google Analytics or any cross-site tracking technology.
When you contact us#
If you email us (for example, at hello@momenthill.com or consultancy@momenthill.com), we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to put in your message. This is the minimum needed to reply.
Why we collect it (lawful basis)#
- Correspondence: Legitimate interests. You initiate contact and we need your details to reply, what any reasonable person would expect.
- Anonymous analytics: Legitimate interests. Understanding how the site is used helps us improve it. Because the data is aggregated and not personal, it does not identify you.
How long we keep it#
- Correspondence: 12 months from your last message, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes an active client relationship, the record is kept for 7 years for tax and contractual reasons.
- Anonymous analytics: retained indefinitely as aggregated statistics.
Who we share it with#
- Cloudflare, hosts this website and provides the cookieless analytics.
- Microsoft 365, delivers and stores our email.
Both act as data processors under UK GDPR Art 28. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights#
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability in respect of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email hello@momenthill.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe we have mishandled your data: <www.ico.org.uk>.
